Guangyi Copper has been proudly manufacturing brass materials and plumbling products in Guangdong China since 1996. Our main products are basin faucets, kitchen faucets, shower faucets, and bathroom accseeories. Base on the in-house casting, machining, polishing and assembling production processes, and with more than 500 employees, our production capacity can reach 100 thousands sets of faucets per month. Our factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line, Assembling line and plating line in house. We can

Manufacture products up to 80000 PCS per month.

1). Gravity casting: 4 gravity casting furnaces, 12 PCS of gravity casting machines (most from IMR in Italy), the capacity for everyday is about 10, 000 PCS.

2). Machining: 25 PCS of CNC machines including 5 PCS of HAAS machines from USA.

3). Polishing: About 100 persons capacity in the polishing workshop

4). Forging; We have 3 PCS of 400 tons forging machines besides of 160 tons.
